Warmahordes day - July 8th

Post by Primarch » Thu May 31, 2012 12:23 am

Hi all.
Just to let you know, I am throwing a little Warmachine/Hordes event on July 8th (Sunday).

The venue is the same as the other small events I have run, the Nagoya City Womens Center/Lifelong learning center. I will post up directions later.

We have the room from 9:00 - 16:30 so enough time to play some smaller games.

#edit# - The cost will be 300 yen per person.

Hope to see you there.

P.

I may be able to make it. I'd certainly like to. I may even have painted warjacks by that point...

It's a small room and it isn't for the full day.

I should be able to come, at least for part of the day. I am generally good for anywhere within 5 minutes walking distance of my place!

We should maybe use the same room sometime for Black Powder or FOW.

Yeah, um.....about that:

The games will be held in Meeting Room 1 of the Nagoya City Lifelong Learning Center located near to Kanayama in Nagoya City. We used the same room for last year's Orc-tober Fest and Winter Blitz events.

From Kanayama station take the Meijo Loop line clockwise to the next station, Higashi Betsuin. From Nagoya Station take the Higashiyama Line to Sakae and transfer to the Meijo Loop line anti-clockwise for 3 stations.

At Higashi Betsuin, go out of Subway Exit 1 and go straight ahead. You will cross over a small side street and see a green bridge on your right and a Pink-ish building on your left. Keep going straight and you will come to an orange coloured brick tower and the Nagoya City Women's Center. The Lifelong Learning Center is the next building. It has a glass front and a circular front entrance. Its about 1 minute walk from the subway station. Go in through the front door and the room is on the left.

Quick update.
As I was making a flyer to put in Ikeda san's shop I wanted to put a fixed price on it. Entrance will be 300 yen for the day rather than dividing up the room fee.

Cheers.
