Ok, I think I am done packing. I have 5 tables for skirmish gaming and 1 table set aside for boardgames. If anyone wants to bring extra terrain for Mordheim/Malifaux etc feel free, but I have most of the basics covered.
Also I spoke with Morishita san today and he said he is hoping to come play Warmachine all day.

Many thanks to Prim for organising, and to Pikey and Underdweller for two very fun games. My apologies to both of you for the length of time the games took - I am resolved to learn the rules for both Mali and WMH better so I don't need to look things up so much. That, and have some kind of plan in place, to avoid faffing about quite so much once the game gets nitty and gritty. *doffs cap in direction of MtP and UD*

Thanks for the Cutlass game Madmiral. Every stinking green inch of you is pirate. I'll see about getting a Saturday free for some Necromunda. Thanks to Prim for letting me borrow his crew. I didn't get them shot up tooooo bad. (He still has his other leg. )
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

@Badruck - thanks for the game of Cutlass, sorry it wasn't longer. My Dwarves showed off their running skills once again.
@MIJ - no worries, I had a fun game - it's not like I was remembering the rules very well either, as it was my third game of the day and I didn't really sleep the night before or eat all day, if I was coherent most of the time I am happy!
Thanks to Prim for organizing the day and providing terrain, as always!
