If our Prussian can rendezvous with us, how about we stick his forces beside the Anglo-Russians and ask Mike to lend a couple batteries to Komura-San?

@All
Unless local train or bus stop, I will go Monday game.
I will inform you via this board, if I can't go.
@ashmie
I'm looking forward to play your Prussians.

Well, I just checked the venue and they say that they will be open tomorrow.
I will be there as it is just across the street for me, if you can make it, please feel free to come along. If you are worried about the typhoon and don't think you'll be attending, please post here. I will be checking this thread regularly.
Regards.
P.

I will try to be there tomorrow but it all hinges on what the Typhoon does. At the mo' it's moving pretty slowly and losing some of its bite, so things are looking good-ish.
That said, one can never really tell. I'll post here and PM folks tomorrow morning, when I've had a good look at the weather forecasts.
Cheers

I'm leaving now. I should be there about 9:00-9:30 weather permitting.

Now, getting home may be another story. :?

Sorry for the late mail. Prussia is bogged down in rain drenched fields at present and is battening down the hatches for today in preparation for incoming typhoon. Sorry we can't be there today. Hopefully next time. Hope it's not the last hurrah. Have fun guys.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Thanks to everyone who came along today. It was fun playing a proper sized game of BP again. Luckily Pikey's Russians could hold up the French commanded by Job and the Austrians under Komura long enough for my Brits to smash the French flank being held by Badruck and start to roll up the French lines. It would have been interesting to see how things went if we had another couple of turns, as the French centre was still pretty strong and would have been a tough proposition for the British to break through to relieve their allies.

Hopefully I can find somewhere local to my new place, or maybe someone in Nagoya can organise something. Either way, thanks to everyone for today and thanks to everyone who previously came to one of the games at Higashi Betsuin.

First, thanks to everyone for being great guys with great collections. (Adm. (General de Brigade Malchance) Badruck, Komura-san, Mike, and Primarch) Those are mutually exclusive compliments, too. :D

Second, big thanks to Primarch for again offering us such a nice venue.

Thirdly, good gaming to all of you. Granted the Anglo-Russian Allies can claim a victory, but it was a close run thing. I believe everyone could claim some sort of glory. Prim's British rolled the French right in steady, drilled fashion. The Admiral could claim a resolved holding action, facing the full brunt of the British forces with only 7 battalions and breaking the British calvary brigade without any support from the Allied center or left. My French grand battery steadily battered the Russian center, and the Guard's brigade stood shoulder to shoulder with Komura's grenadiers to cave-in the Coalition center. Komura's advanced in a resolved fashion which helped reduce the center and gave Mike's Russians hell. And Mike's Russians held savagely on the Coalition far right. The single brigade broke two Austrian brigades and got the attention of all three Austrian brigades, two calvary regiments and horse artillery raking them at close range. Bravo! and a salute to those fine lads!

Thanks again and good gaming.

Edit: Oh, and Ashmie: You missed an exciting battle, although I am glad you stayed home. I'm not sure how well the Kintetsu/JR lines are running in Mie today.
