Normandy '44 - Sign Up

Post by Primarch » Thu Jun 01, 2017 7:57 am

To help with the organisation of the games, it would be nice to know who is coming and which forces (if any) they are bringing. I'd prefer to keep all the chatter in the other threads, any questions should be posted over there ideally.

So, what I would like from people to help me plan is the following info.
Do you want to play as Americans, British or Germans? Or are you flexible in which side you join?
Do you have your own army that you're bringing? Do you have a specific force you are modeling or is it a generic army. E.g. Is it the 21st Panzer Division or just a Panzer Division.
Do you have any spare armies/models you can loan out? Would you like to borrow an army?
How likely is it you can attend? How far in advance can you be sure of your schedule? I realise that real life likes to get in the way, but it's easier to plan if I know people are more/less likely to attend.

Remember, you don't need an army of your own, I have plenty of minis I can loan out!

Spread the word to any other gamers you think might be interested and let them know.

Regards,
P.

Edit - Ok, it looks like teams are starting to form up, so here is what we have so far:
British
1 - Sugiura
2 - Marui
3 - Kojibear

US
1 - Yellowstreak
2 - Komura
3 - Krobrawlg/Auxryn

Germans
1 - Job
2 - Pikey
3 - Prim
4 - Bakochiki
5 - Satoru
6 - Krobrawlg/Auxryn

Planning to attend.
Can play either Allies or Axis (allies preferred)
Have generic US airborne force and generic fallschirmjager force (although early war smocks and equipment - no assault rifle spam!) with a Stug.
Happy to lend out an army if required.
So many games, so little time....

I'll make a point of blocking off the date in my calendar. With exception to some uregent plan arising, I'll be there with 21 Panzer.

So, that's one for the US, one for the Germans and one who can go either way (with a preference for the allies). Anyone else? Any news from our Japanese compatriots?

That is great news. Hopefully a few more players will join us.
