NagoyaHammer 2019 - May 3 and 4

Post by The Other Dave » Tue Oct 02, 2018 1:05 am

Hi all,

I've reserved the meeting room at the usual venue (NTK Hall near Kanayama in Nagoya) for Friday and Saturday the 3rd and 4th of May - those both being national holidays, hopefully people will be able to make it! (If it turns out those days are a no-go for too many people, I can try and reschedule, but it would have to be later in the month, as that was the only two consecutive days they had open during this year's rather short golden week.) That said, just to be safe I think the "free play" day should be Friday and 40K on Saturday - I'll start a thread presently to share my ideas about both of those.
Feel free to call me Dave!

Thank you very much for shouldering the burden this time. I will attend if I can, but I won't get my "volunteer" schedule until next Feb/March.

Firstly, many thanks for organising this, ToD. I'm sure it will bring you much respec' and boundless gratitude from the masses. Just ask Prim. :D

Secondly, Hmmn. Interesting choice of dates. I had bother the last couple years getting there for day 1 cos of Mrs MiJ's schedule. Could it be that 2019 is the year I return for two days? Watch this space*...

*actually, as I am currently actively job hunting, who the heck knows what'll be going on in my life come 2019. Could be slaved to some Eikaiwa by then, for all I know...
current (2019) hobby interests

Wow. And then Corona happened. Just....crickets, all the way through to 2023...

Thank you to ToD.

And being enslaved to an Eikaiwa, I will do my best to be available for one or both days.

ToD is the man. You know I'm good for both days. Looking forward to some KIll-Team 40K and try out a bit of this and that.
