NagoyaHammer 2019: Call for Terrain

Post by The Other Dave » Mon Feb 25, 2019 10:09 am

Hi all!

As it's getting towards (if not past) time to start getting things solidified up, here's a thread asking for help with terrain at NagoyaHammer this year, to wit:

For Day 2, the 40K day, I have enough terrain for like two tables, and will buy terrain for another, and have those three mats. I have no idea how many people are planning on coming, but historically that won't be nearly enough. So here's me asking for help, and reminding you all that providing a mat and a table's worth of terrain for the 40K day will net you a juicy 500 yen discount for the event!

For Day 1 I'll be running a Kill Team campaign, and I have mats and terrain for like three tables, which again I don't know who's coming but we'll probably need more.

If anyone can supply some terrain, it would be vey helpful if you can speak up here and let me know! If you're in Nagoya environs, I can also drive you and your stuff to the venue if you need it.
Feel free to call me Dave!

I own about a table's worth of terrain and am happy to bring it wherever there is need.

Working on terrain as we speak, the issue will be taking it over there on the train!

I can provide some terrain and mats. I'm not 100% about my attendance yet, but if you don't mind picking it up/dropping it off at a mutually convenient time, you are more than welcome to use it.

I can bring a mat and some terrain. It can be a full tables worth, although I have no big LOS blocking terrain pieces for the most part. Well not every battlefield has a mountain or a factory complex. :?

Given the train/distance, my terrain bringing capabilities are limited, but I'll try and contribute something. I'll keep an eye on this thread, so if it looks like we're a bit of a table's worth short of terrain, lo, I shall save us all. Unlikely to happen, granted, but consider me a plan B.

Last roll call has me at at least 14 buildings of various sizes, plus extras. I don't know if all that will fit one bag but as I plan to take a small army it should. I'm a bit light on scatter terrain tho. There is a picture in the what you did today thread to check how much terrain I have.

Bring what you can - a mat would be helpful too if you can manage it. Thanks!

I've got a 6x4 destert mat and I'm good for a table's worth of terrain. I could bring my Mordheim/Frostgrave\Strange Aeons box for....half... a tables worth.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....
