(Whoops, I didn't make a thread yet!)

NagoyaHammer is our local community's big annual gaming event. This year it'll be held at the tail end of the special 10-day Golden Week holiday:

Days: Friday and Saturday, May 3 and 4
Times: 9am until we're done - we have the room until 9:30pm each day.
Location: NTK Hall in Kanayama
Fee: 3000 yen for one day, 5000 yen for both, with a flat 500-yen discount if you can provide a table's worth of terrain (including mat) for the 40K day.
Unfortunately there is no parking at the venue (or rather, there is a single space available, which I'll be using).

Planned events:
Day 1 is an open play / fan event day - thread here.
In the evening of day 1 we usually go out for beers, and I see no reason this year should be an exception!

Day 2 is the annual 40K tournament - thread here.

Please do pipe up in the appropriate thread if you plan on coming, and in the terrain thread if you can bring some along.
