I have a couple of digital copies. It's nice, but I've read some feedback that it is becoming more and more like the new white dwarf is. Previously it was full of articles and scenarios based on a specific battle or specific era. Now it is full of articles based on a specific game. This may have something to do with the fact that the people who publish games have more interest in writing than people who play the games though.Mike the Pike wrote:RP is a also semi-regular contributor to 'Wargames Illustrated'. His games room is pretty ace judging from the pix.
BTW WI is deffo worth a read if other types of wargames pique your interest. Tonnes of historical stuff. Despite being owned by Flames of War/Battlefront they show case all sorts of manufacturers and periods, even GW stuff. Actually, it's a bit like a historical version of what old, old, WD used to be.
This, this is how it's done.
