Well...It is all painted and he had the decency not to say "pro-painted." And it would very much be a "counts as" army. Heck, he even puts little "" around the names of the counts as models.

I think that the biggest problem is that he confused Rubric (meaning 'a direction for the conduct of divine service or the administration of the sacraments, inserted in liturgical books.') with Brick.

I wonder if anyone will buy it?

The idea is perhaps better than the execution - the actual Space Marine miniatures aren't very well painted - and the price is stupid, but I think it's funny. It reminds me of these.
