Happy new year! In typical hobbyist fashion, at the stroke of midnight I happened to be on my balcony spraying my next batch of models (my first batch for 2018!) black.

Happy New Year! I was asleep by about nine, after a day of house cleaning. The kids like mum and dad to turn in at the same time you see. It’s not like the old days...

I joined a challenge to paint 1000 points of an oldhammer army a couple of months back. I threw in the towel yesterday, on the last day of December, as I can’t reliably do hobby stuff to a schedule currently. Lesson learned! As Homer said, “If something is too hard, don’t try”. Seriously though, the plan is not to sweat it, and to just get something or other done in 2018.

Just did a stocktake of the IG minis in the closet...I smell another half-hearted and soon to be abandoned project! Go me.
