I did get a reply from the webpage given on their Facebook account, but apparently it is not an official line, so I have to go through their Byzantine support forum. I feel like I'm casting a SOS note into the ocean... :? Will anyone answer it?

Great news! You've been all vindicated and championed by Wayland Games!

They came through. After figuring out their odd and not straight forward complaint/question system, they responded quickly to the issue via email. They tracked the charge and the reason for the charge (they accidently posted something out of stock) and I was able to get an exchange without difficulty. (They waved the 40 p difference.)

So you guys can feel good about Wayland. They've convinced me to keep shopping with them. (Especially because they have free shipping for FOW stuff.)

I only have good experience with Wayland, the times that I have been ordering from them they have been a lot faster than Maelstrom.
