Thanks for the info, but we're only there for 1 day, so probably won't venture out too far. For shopping, there is Joshin Kids Land in Kamimaezu in the centre of Nagoya, but their stock is limited and you'll be paying full GW-Japan retail prices. If you don't mind a trip out to the outskirts of town, Meruhen Midori in Aioiyama has a better selection and a discount of 20% on most things.
