For the less observant amongst you, (or people who dont scroll down far enough), there is now a banner for Wayland at the bottom of the page.
If you're ordering from them, please come here first and enter their site through the banner. Every pound you spend will put a little towards the upkeep and running of this site.

Thank you
Primarch.

way to go on the marketing, chief!

Do you reckon you can get one for Maelstrom, too? Maybe one that alternates with the Wayland one. I ask because I am a recent convert to Maelstrom. Its the free shipping that does it for me. I'm an impulse buyer, and if I can do that without worrying about additional costs, Im much more likely to spend and regret it later, rather than try and work out what more I need to make shipping worthwhile, get all confuzzled by it, and eventually see reason and buy nothing.

Sadly Maelstrom dont offer a referrals service, otherwise I would be all over it. If you find one, please PM me though.
On small orders (and when there isnt a sale on), Wayland is cheaper than Maelstrom. If you're ordering over 100 pounds worth of stuff, Maelstrom is better.

Maelstrom games are having another sale. This time to celebrate their 1 year anniversary of opening their retail store. They are offering a 17.5% discount on most product lines. I know there has been some criticism of Maelstrom from 'Me In Japan" elsewhere on this site and he recommends Wayland games, (link at the bottom of the page) for speed. But for people on a budget and who aren't in a rush, Maelstrom is cheaper by far.

www.maelstromgames.co.uk

YOUR PERFECT STORM VOUCHER----------------------------------------------------------Your 17.5% off UK RRP discount voucher ends on the Sunday of the Perfect Storm birthday weekend, the 1st of August 2010, at midnight (GMT) - so you've two weeks to grab yourself all those lovely new ranges we've brought in over the past few months since our expansion as well as all your old favourites at a great saving! Be warned, though, this will be our last promotion before the heady days of Christmas, so if you want a bargain before then make sure you grab it now! Please note that this voucher will work on all the items within our webstore, but: - not on any Flames of War items- not on any Seeds of War items- not on any Too Fat Lardies items- not on any Games Workshop Direct items- and additionally, not on anything within our eBay store. Apart from the above, the voucher will work on pre-orders and, crucially, you'll still earn Moneyback - although tiered discounts are disabled when using a voucher of course. Your voucher code is: THE-PERFECT-STORM To use this voucher simply register on the webstore, http://www.maelstromgames.co.uk (if you haven't already), copy and paste the code into the appropriate field in your basket when you have selected the items you want, press 'REDEEM', and the webstore will do the rest. You are not limited to one purchase and, indeed, we would ask you to recommend us to your friends with this voucher! Remember though that this voucher is intended for the webstore only - it does not apply to any of our auctions or shop inventory items on eBay. Happy Ordering!

Quantum Gothic make some VERY cool 40k style scenery and are offering free shipping in August. Despite the vast amount of terrain I already have, I am tempted to get some myself. Take a look at their very cool range of bunkers, turrets and defensive lines here.

Taka at Full Metal Planet has graciously extended his offer of cheaper Warhammer stuff.
Well, concerning our special offer of the GW items, I did not set the closing date up so far. Maybe the end of September...? While the yen is stronger than the US dollar, we will continue this anyway. And, we want to update this program to our usual service in the future. On the other hand, this is the test case to measure demand.
So basically, if you want stuff, then please consider using FMP as
A) This discount may be continued in the future if it is worth Taka's time
B) Taka is a great guy to deal with and very helpful
C) You dont have to mess about with sending money home/using a credit card as FMP have a cash on delivery service.
