I sent some money back yesterday. The post office gave me an exchange rate of 125 yen to the pound, and after paying the various fees involved (A small charge at the PO and another from my bank in the UK), I got a total of about 130 yen to the pound.
If you are looking at minis on the Warlord or Perry sites, calculate the Japanese price at 130 yen. Dont forget, the price you see on the Perry site is what you will pay, the Warlord price will only be 75% due to various offers.

That means I can bolster two of my units to a unit of 40 with the pikes I have and will have and have a unit of 40 line infantry.

Couldn't find much in the way of cannon all cavalry for them so I'll leave it for now unless you have any ideas.

When you order from Warlord they knock off the VAT and ship for free. I also have a discount voucher for them, so yes, if I place the order for you, you can discount a total of 25% from Warlord's prices.

The Perry Brothers site also discount the VAT, but the shipping cost they charge is the same as the VAT cost, so anything you want from their site will cost whatever prices they have showing as I have no way to get a discount from them. However, the Perry Plastic range (e.g. Prussian infantry) can be ordered from Warlord with the discount. The Perry metals cannot.

E.g.
A 10 pound order from Warlord will only cost 7.50 pounds to be delivered.
A 10 pound order from Perrys will cost 10 pounds to be delivered.

Just to be clear:

2 x Prussian Up Daisies = 20 pounds (10 pounds each)
Perrys Line Infantry = 18 pounds
Landwehr Command = 5 pounds
Prussain Pike and Musket = 12 pounds
Prussian Blue Paint = 2 pounds

So thats 57 pounds.
With a 25% discount thats 42.75 pounds or 5557.5 yen.
