It will be available. The core rules and Marine rules have been released, and we believe points and missions will arrive on Friday night. We won't have Combat Patrol rules in time so we'll be playing ~1000pt games and muddling through

We've got you covered, don't worry. Just turn up and play. There is usually a 500 yen fee to help pay for the room hire, but I think that this month is free.
