Not sure at this stage. All I know is it's the biggest room we have had so far so it shouldn't be a problem on space. When I said one table I meant I would set up one wargaming table for people to use if they wanted to wargame. But, it's not a wargames event like Nagoyahammer so RPG's and boardgames will take priority on tables this time around. Perhaps it's easier to say it's not a wargames event but there is one table set up if people do want to do that. Sorry if it wasn't clearer.

I'll double check on how many tables we have available. If memory serves it's quite a big space.

We might be able to stretch two tables for wargames. Of course you will have to bring a roll mat and some scenery to make up a second. Leave it with me and I'll confirm nearer the time. If people are keen to wargame we can't deny such a request. :D So for you interested in wargames that would allow a total of 8 games over the weekend. 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon each day. Or if it's less popular one game can take longer.
I was thinking about fantasy battle and how I would love to play that and spend a whole day on it with breaks for coffee and lunch. Getting back to it and spending our time on getting it played thoroughly. I never manage to finish a game in 2 or 3 hours or it's a little rushed.
Anyway I will confirm tables in Feb. I'm hoping for one for RPG, two for wargames and two or three for boardgames. A total of 6 which I think we usually manage with the smaller room anyway so we should manage with the bigger. It's actually a conference room with a stage if I'm not mistaken so there is the opportunity to LARP or try Napoleonic reenactment. (Joke). But what if it wasn't a joke? What then? :)

Quick update for the games weekend in March.
It's looking like Saturday is getting popular for some wargames. Two tables avaliable from 10 until 5:30.
Please bring a roll mat and a little terrain if you can. I have one generic set that would stretch two.

The one ring rpg will be running on both days now should there be demand. Also Advanced Heroquest will be set up on both days as a pick up skirmish rpg miniatures dungeon crawl. Easy to play.

Villains and Vigelantes on the Sunday as the rpg and any other games you would like to play please bring along or organise on here.

4th floor of centre palace Tsu.

Thanks again folks. ;)

@ Yellowstreak

No worries. This will probably be the last event of its kind before October with Leslie's weekend. Due to lack of interest on the rpg and boardgames ill probably keep it local smaller scale after March but you are more than welcome to join in future. Hope to see you later on.
