It's pretty clear to me from browsing the site that they offer training services for company employees and individuals. Including, but I suppose not limited to, language training.

This is true. What worried me was that you have to browse the site to see what they do. Their raison d'être should be clear right from the get-go, page 1. If a customer has to think "what do they do? Lets go looking" that customer will most likely walk away.
