Pikey has a point. How long have you had those Dark Eldar and how many times have you brought them out in public? And playing the fictional "sam" doesnt count. I've never seen you play them since you got them. Anyone?

...Wait.....

.....Can you hear it?......

.........Could it be?..........

..............Yes! Its a wagon with a band on it, and there is space for one more. All aboard Ruckster!

I would like to point out that I have not really even read the Ork Codex yet       and every army I have ever made I have bought before I ever read the rules or looked at the codex or army book.

I'm pretty sure that's not entirely true mate. You had a pretty good idea of what was in the BA codex before you decided to use that for your World Eaters.
Truth be told I made that decision well be for the rules for the BA codex came out. it was the suggestions of Bell of lost souls to use the BA dex. for 30k World Eaters. I actually got both my forge world Dreadnoughts before I knew what the BA Rules were. Granted I did fully use the Blood Angles rules once they came out. but I had no Idea how good they would be when I decided to use them. As I see them now Blood Angles codex is about number 3 for power builds. Can't say that the Army I took was cheez at all. All anyone had to do was kill the 8 man Assault squad and then not get tabled to force a draw. In my test games my Blood Angels tournament list was far weaker than my Ork list it was just less models to paint that the Orks. It was paint points that gave M-I-J the victory in the end so I stand by my decision.

Sam is not fictional at least I hope he is not... I have played Sam, Miki and Under-dweller. with the Dark Eldar if there were more tournaments I am sure you would have seen them used by now. but we have what 1 tournament a year. Hardly enough to really see many of my 8 armies.

Ahhh, Bell of Lost Souls. An on-line community whose key contributors are well known for fielding balanced armies and preaching the canon of gaming for fun. Every second article they post is along the lines of "Looky looky meesa found a nasty new combo that's gonna annoy the **** outta everyone".

BTW Apologies to the folks at Dakka Dakka for blackening their good name. Apparently the Madmiral has been getting 'his' ideas from BOLS instead.

By the way, I have been playing a lot of games recently with my good friends Tyler Durden, Mr. Snuffleupagus, Hobbes the tiger and Drop Dead Fred. They have helped me to realize that, at heart, I really am an Imperial Fanboy. As a result, I shall be selling my Chaos and Eldar armies to finance a Mech Guard/Blood Angels combo. If Necrons prove to be hard as nails, when they are released next year, I will also be claiming that I have always loved them too.

But I'm pretty sure I can remember talking to you about the leaked preview codex that you had gotten your hands on (but later turned out to be fake) and you were getting quite excited about all the super duper new fangled toys you'd be able to bash people with.

And just because BolS suggested it doesn't mean it isn't a quattro formagio pizza with a side order of brie.

Again giving me way to many points for intelligence... I do not read what people write on BOLS or Dakka Dakka as for getting out side advice It is 40k Radio and Worlds End Radio that give me the most advice I love Jj's concept "wining is a theme!" Thinking of getting that etched in to My Battle Foam trays when I finally get them.

OB-FLUFFING-JECTION!!!! (ahah!)

I won that tourny on tourney points alone, me ol' bean. If Pikey had beaten jus, then it woulda come down to painty points, but as it was, he didnt, so it didnt. You, I might add, werent even in the running...(well, kinda in the running, and would certainly have been in the running if youd actually come on time, but that aint my fault, is it? In fact, if I had come on time meself Id have had time for another round against Ash in the first game, and, no offence to Ash, but Idve beaten him. As it was, we got a draw...)
current (2019) hobby interests
eh, y'know. Stuff, and things

Wow. And then Corona happened. Just....crickets, all the way through to 2023...

Really? I thought you won all your games. Oh well, lesson learnt. No more being nice to the FNG (no offense Jus) Next time I will just grind 'em into the ground and hand them a tissue to wipe up all the tears. :D :D :D

Are we talking about the Sam I met or the Sam who has every army and plays them to such a godlike level that you can see every unit played to it's full potential everytime. Because you seem to post a lot about the second guy?

Hmmm.
Black Templars - Nope
Dark Angels - Nope
Space Wolves - Nope
Daemon Hunters - Nope
Witch Hunters - Nope
Eldar - Nope
Tau - Nope
Necrons - Nope (Miki's army, not yours)
IG - Nope (A few models does not an army make)
Nids - Nope

That leaves you with: Marines, Blood Angels, Chaos Marines, Daemons, Orks, Dark Eldar and....?
Only 16 armies in the game mate
