And yes, a Space Dwarf. They were one of the original race from 40K when the game first started but GW killed them off, blamed the Tyranids, and they have been seen on a table for many, many years.

nice.. I had no idea.. I just read about them on lexicanum and the have a pretty cool background story. I guess you can still use them as normal guards or something with the current IG codex. It would be cool to see one.
