Dark angles are Marines I would use my Red Scorpions as Dark Anges and drop like 15 terminators 3 land raiders and Cullen counts as the guy that makes Terminators count as troops. that should be about 1500 points if it is not I will put some vets down and tome bikes as well and lets not for get dreadnoughts all could be used as Dark angles I have been thinking of doing this army for some time... just got to finish painting my terminators.

If you're counting your Red Scorps as Dark AngELs you're not counting them as Codex Marines. One or the other Ruckster. Otherwise you could claim that by having 1500 points of any marines, you have 1500 points of all 1000 chapters. 1 army cannot be 2 armies at the same time. For example, you couldnt play a game where one army used 2 sets of rules for the same model. You'd be called for cheating.
1 army per codex, 1 codex per army. Its not quantum theory here.

Really I really thing that is is just plain silly... I can count the amount of codex/ model cross over as much as I want they are all different armies.. and have different rules. so they are different armies.
