Really??? Blimey mate, thats fast. I just asked my missus about it and she said that our baby is being awkward and either has its legs crossed each time or is showing the doctor it's arse ;)

To paraphrase mothers everywhere: "If your wife jumped off a bridge, would you jump too?" :D

You certainly have a nice situation there but I think it is more about respecting a person's interests even if they are not quite one's own cup of tea. My wife like classical music, my Dad is a trainspotter and one of my geek friends like Lady Gaga ;) Doesn't mean I have to like those things too, I just respect the fact that it is those things that spin their wheels and don't judge them for it (although the Lady Gaga admission may be brought up from time to time in jest). I expect the same thing in return. You can pick your cliche/slogan to match, "10 people 10 colours", "It takes different strokes to rule the world" etc etc.
