Kojibear just posted about a part time University gig once a week. Check the threads. It's not full time but might be a nice way in in the long term. I'm finding part time more lucrative than full time recently so you might want to check the companies in Fushimi for business classes. It's not secure though and there is no holiday and sick pay. If you can muster at least 20 hours a week with the standard industry rate of 4000 en per hour with travel paid it's definitely worth doing while you work out something more concrete for the future. Gambatte buddy.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.
