Turning unwanted weight gain into muscle.

After a year of blobbing it as a Dr Who fan couch potato, I wondered if any of you healthier chaps might have some advice for turning fat either into muscle or just shedding it all together.
I gave up meat for a bit and felt a lot healthier, then I went back onto fish now I'm lurking near McDonalds territory again and snacks.
Basically I'm working a lot more now but still have my mornings free. What's the longest lasting way to get in shape? I like jogging, swimming, cycling, karate. I've never got into weights but wouldn't rule it out. Your thoughts please. ;)

This is what I have been doing. I eat the foods on here with some meat and things mixed in and I do about 100 push ups a night. I have lost all but the last bit of fat on my belly.

20 kilograms in all.

You can ask the guys that have seen me it makes a big difference.

It's true, Badruck has lost a lot of weight recently. However, the side effect is that it turns your hair blonde.
