開催場所に最も近いホテルは、上記２件です。
The nearest station is Kanayama. Kanayama is 5 minutes from Nagoya on the JR Chuo and Tokaido lines and the Meitetsu line. It is also accessible by subway using the Meijo line.
開催場所への最寄り駅は、金山駅です。金山駅は、ＪＲ名古屋駅（中央線、東海道線）と名鉄名古屋駅から電車で５分のところにあります。また、名古屋駅から地下鉄（名城線）でもアクセス出来ます。
There are lots of restaurants, bars, Izakayas and Karaoke near to the event hall.
開催場所近くには、レストラン、バー、居酒屋、カラオケ等、沢山の店があります。

If you can get to Kanayama station in Nagoya, look around for the subway station, it's at one end of the JR/Meitetsu station. Go downstairs, bear left, go past the shops, continue to bear left and walk all the way to the end of the subway station and you will find an access tunnel to the venue hall. Go up the stairs and head up to the 3rd floor.

Please note that there is NO parking at the venue. If you do intend to come by car, please PM me and I can suggest a few places.

Just to check, the venue is the same 市民会館 as usual, right? Because the links in the OP point to the performing arts center in Higashi-ku.

I updated the links. It looks like the hall is no longer part of the city network and got bumped from the website. The new link should show the correct venue now.
