That sounds like a wicked good idea mate.

I have some old metal sci fi troopers in power armour from the 1980s that would work well as RT space marines. We could play the old mission from the back of the book.

All sorts of cool mate. 500pts of whatever you want to plonk down on the table :D

I reckon something with a bit of a scenario would be good.

Your Boss and his bodyguard of Nobz are out hunting (in bikes or a battle wagon) for a new squiggoth, and there is only about 5 or 10 of them. My bunch of cheecky boyz figure that because there are 20 of them they might be able to give the boss a bit of a kicking. They rock up with their bolter thinking that having a numerical advantage is enough and end up getting splatted by a bunch of nobz in 'eavy arnour carrying kombi weapons.

You know the score mate, bring what the hell you like :)

Probably won't be for a while though as I want to get them painted up good and proper. Old skool models deserve the extra love and respect :)

Indeed they are!!!

I have spent about 6500 yen on orks and have ended up with;

2 Big Meks with Shokk attack guns
2 Nobs
18 Boys
5 Boys with heavy/special weapons

All in all, the makings of a nice little Ork army me thinks.

I was going to get a box of 30 platsic squats (in almost mint condition) but it ended up going for about 130 quid!!
