Does the size of the model matter...

For the discussion of anything related to Warhammer 40,000

Would you feel it unfair if a model was a bit smaller/ bigger than the GW model it is counting as.

As long as it is within reason I am cool with a model that is a bit different in size and shape.

As long as it is on the right sized base I am fine.

Bigger is fine as long as it is not the right base size.

I voted for "within reason" myself. So long as the model looks like what it is supposed to look like, it shouldnt be too big a problem regardless of size, unless its so small you cant see it.

that might be the point MIJ is making... short model sees less and a big model is seen more...

Hello,

I wonder if anyone knows what the size of the Njal Stormcaller model is, is it the same as the newer terminators or is it an older smaller model?

I have been trying to accept that I bought the older smaller terminator captain model, but now everytime I look at my conversion, it feels out of proportions and it annoys me a lot. :|

I'll measure it later today, but I think that it is the new scale as the model was released when the Space Wolves got a new book.
