oooh, I call phooey on that. Arhra can be male or female (depends who puts on the armour) so could theoretically look however you imagine him/her to look.

Same principle applies to Maugan Ra - could look like anyone under there. My thinking was that on the most fundamental level, the Phoenix Lord is the suit rather than the wearer. So on that reasoning Arhra and Maugan Ra are suits of sinister-looking armour.

Still, since you gave Arhra points for it, in the interests of balance:
