Thatd be apocalypse. I can beat him in apocalypse. Its regular 1500-2000 point games of 40k that orks are unbeatable in. Seriously though, If you want to look through the eldar codex and make up a list, Id be more than happy to lend you the minis to try it with. If you need stuff I dont have, ask mike and justin. sfaik the only stuff I dont have that they do is multiple wraithlords, multiple war walker squadrons and a bikercouncil. Other than that, youre all good.
Thats what I meant. Basically none of you have all the models I would like to use for an army to play against orks. I would need stuff from all of you to do it.

I dont want/need an Eldar army. I am just offering to play against you so that certain other Eldar players will say "Oh, Eldar can do well against orks sometimes. I never thought it was possible."

One shoots them when they spend their first turn on the board standing round looking confused. Thats generally a good way to beat all the units in the daemon book actually. Either they deepstrike close enough that you can kill them with massed rapid fire OR they're far enough away that you get an extra turn of shooting at long range. They're relatively slow (just standard infantry) and essentially just 2 wound, t5 meq.

Eldar players will say "Oh, Eldar can do well against orks sometimes. I never thought it was possible."
I'd even buy you a pint :D

Seriously, though. You can use my minis, and I'm sure Mike will let you use his warwalkers. You can proxy 3 wraithlords courtesy of me, mike and Justin (or even just justin, actually) as the other 3 war walkers. Thats all I can remember about your list - 9 war walkers. If you'd care to repost it in the Eldar tactics thread, then we Eldar players can see if we can scrape up the needed parts.

that looks good on paper but I think there is more to it than that... you are also leaving out the fact that they have 5 + invu. saves... backed buy Soul Grinders with some PlagueBarers that can Deep Strike on the objectives you may have a really hard time shaking them... I think they stand up well against Orks and MEQs they may have a bit of trouble with IG but who does not have trouble with IG these days...

Works in game as well. 5+ inv and a 3+ save means you'll be using ONE of those saves, not both. Volume of fire on them will still kill them. Plaguebearers are even less of a threat and you can deal with them at your lesiure. Soulgrinders are nasty, tis true, but they are big so deepstriking them can be a problem and they are easy to see and take out with Lascannon/melta fire. Daemons dont scare me. Heck you kicked the snot out of Mike's pervs with necrons, supposedly one of the weaker armies out there.

Let me work on a list and see what I can put together.

I had an other thought as to why orks are not on the top list... it could be that the OP plays orks and does not want anyone to know how good they are... heheheh I still thing the leaf blower will cut down an ork army

This is what was posted about orks.
Orks – Orks used to be able to charge out of their Trukks and Battle Wagons and decimate almost any opponent. Now Orks have to cower and hope that the mean old Space Wolves and Blood Angels don’t get to punch them to death. Thunderwolf Cavalry are just plain better than Nob Bikers in a face-to-face slugging match, and fast Blood Angels vehicles mean that those Battlewagons aren’t getting AV14 for more than a turn against the Blood Angels. And it’s not even fair what Blood Talons do to Boyz
