Lego vehicles, yes. Minis, no. Lego figures just don't have enough bulk for 40K.Konrad wrote:Legos. Couldn't find a Legorkanaut. hmmmmmm better get to work.Spevna wrote:Admiral-Badruck wrote:Yep and that is why I will be building stuff.

CNC Miniature Scenery have just posted these pics on Facebook.
They are all made from laser cut cardboard.

Wow. Not bad, and presumably not 6000 yen a pop either.

They'll be releasing prices in a couple of days.
I've never bought their stuff, but I've tried other company's laser cut stuff before. Goes together very easily.

Wow. I haven't looked at CNC in a while - I knew they had nice-looking terrain and modular boards and stuff, but they have a pretty nice selection of vehicles too.
10cm long, nice and chunky, 25AUD for two, shipping included. Suggests that the ork gunz will be eminently affordable.

Didn't take them long to make those gunz. I mean WD had only been leaked a week or two ago.
I like those gunz too, the simpler, less detailed look would make them easy to "Squatify". I often chop off and file down spikey bitz to make the Squatorks look a bit less barbaric and feral.
I will have to run down to Daiso be taking a look at toy tractors and tanks and things.
