+1 to Zagstruk He is da bomb. As in he jumps out of a bomber and kills everything he lands on.

+1 to Calgar for being one of the few special characters to go relatively unchanged for three editions. His humble rules provide him a storm bolter equivalent and extra attack already incorporated into his stat line and some morale effect, but he still kicks but on the battlefield. That can't be said for Abbadon, C'tan and many other characters.

-1 to Fabius Bile. It looks like he's wearing a coat made of human flesh. That reminds of the likes of this guy:
