Meh, I'm of the opinion that all paints, regardless of brand, would benefit from an agitator. As for separation issues, that's what the agitator's for.

Yeah, the nozzles clog occasionally, but that's the trade off for the paint not drying up completely in a year or two. You just have to poke a bit of wire down from time to time to unclog it.

I have been using the same GW paints for going on 5 years now and the only one I have had a problem with is my Dwarf Bronze which currently resembles it's namesake. And I usually paint direct from the pot as well. :D

I heard that the CEO of Battlefront is allergic to money. True story. BF dont have large investment companies as shareholders, so they are free to be pleasant to their customers. GW have to show their investors that they are making large amounts of profit and so act like tyrannical monsters.
Yeah, I know, but it is a choice to go public or not. Once you bring on investors you've essentially sold your soul. I guess in our case, 'the hobbiest soul'. I think 'hobbying' and 'capitalist finance' don't mix very well. This is not a rage against Capitalism, but an observation that CEOs and investors don't have the same visions in mind as game developers and game enthusiasts. ;)

Lol, sure likewise. Just change 'blends' to 'lucky splodges' I think he means. :D

You guys almost gave me an heartattack lol
Paint from the pots, vallejo paints are bad, dropper bottles are a scam ! Wow

It's true that some paint in the vallejo range do separate when mixing with other paints but this does happen with other companies and can be avoided of you use the thinner insed of water. If you take care of your dropper bottle they won't clogg up at all and if they do its a really easy fix. Maintenance wise dropper bottles are easier to clean then pot which are messy and can result in you dropping dried up paint in the pot. If you mix paints up using dropper bottle makes it easier and also easier to put them in an airbrush. Consistency in mix is also easier to achieve when using a dropper bottle since you can acruatly measure how many drops you use and then take notes in a book to be able to redo the mix later on.

As for P3 they are really good paints I like them the only down side is pots and also the fact that they aren't copies of GW so if you are looking for GW colors you won't have them all in the P3 range. Their metalic paint are some of the best metalic paints for dry brushing. The pigments are really small and stick really well. Comppaired to GW or Vallejo which have a tendency to flake up and drop flakes on other areas of the minis.

The new GW range is for beginner painter, the foundations are still good but useless for some on that uses an airbrush, then the layer paints are thinned out paint (who wants to buy pre thinned paint) and they do not cover as well as the pervious ones. Washes are IMO the same. Dry paints are for noobs that don't know how to drybrush. If you are an experianced painter you will sometimes what to use a heavy or light drybrushing technique which the new dry paints won't give you the ability to do.
I am not saying this from what I read but speaking with experiance since I do have some of the new paints at home now. (nice gift from my supplier)
