Yeah, I think it is supposed to be Medusa or something (hence Gorgon Knight), but I might see if I can do a hand swap. Maybe a Terminator Storm Shield would look better. Hmmmm

Hmmm...two things: 1) Why is that model holding a severed head when his weapon of choice is a HAMMER? Did he whack it with enough force to severe it without caving it in? Did he just twist it off with his hands? 2) Are people refusing to buy these because they are not made by GW? Maybe this is a sensitive issue, but I say FUCK GW! They`re steady price increases, shutting down of 3rd party distributers (Maelsrom, etc.), refusal to make several models (that have rules) only to turn around and sue small makers like Impact and Chapterhouse. Good I`m glad somebody OTHER THAN GW is making these models. If we left it up to GW to do this, it would take 10+ years.

suing chapterhouse they are, but then CHS have (somehow) managed to wangle full legal sevices pro bono, which means that regardless of how much money GW throw at the case, CHS can have their lawyers counter it. Its also worth noting that no legal firm would work pro bono if they didnt think they would have a good chance at winning the case, as the whole point of doing stuff pro bono (for the good of the public) is either to prove a moral point (unlikely, given that its lawyers we're talking about here) or to raise the company profile by taking down a big evil corporation.

so essentially, GW have to pay for their case, CHS dont. This is bad for GW, no?

I second Prim on this un - his avatar (and mine, with minor tweaks) is a model from Kabuki minis. In fact, I think almost the entire run of this mini is sold out, IIRC. People are lapping up non-GW stuff at the moment. Its not so much "F*CK GW", as "GW are F*CKed".

Good to hear about GW vs. CHS - I hope GW gets their asses handed to them. They were even worse with Impact who was simply making Star Players for Blood Bowl (again, rules that GW was cranking out, but no minis...and we all know how much GW has supported Bloodbowl in the last 7-8 years).

Also good to hear you guys have no qualms about buying not-Primarchs and other non-GW models. You`ve all seen my Daemon army; only two of my eight Daemon Princes (2 for each god) are made from GW models. I`ve also been building some CHS bitz-included Tyranids recently. So, again I say FUCK GW and I hope they are FUCKED. They need to completely overhaul their business model.

1. Is this company reliable for shipping to Japan (or do you recommend some 3rd party seller)?
2. Which one is me (Danguinius)? The Castellan?
3. Roughly how tall are these minis? Are they noticeably bigger than Terminators, for example?
