well, I like em. I also happen to have 10 spare guardians still on the sprue, so guess what dave is gonna be picking up in th enear future :D

re wraithseer - words cannot express my joy at finally having a D-cannon on a dreadnaught as Vaul intended. With regards to looking static, thats probably because its based off the wraithlord kit, which is posed in exactly the same way. Anyone who's seen my kung-fu mastah wraithlord will know that the wraithseer can and will be made funky and ace with a wee smidge of the ol' chopperino.

Needless to say, i shall be picking up one of those bad boys, too.

Dave is a happy camper (for a change :D)

question: wot gun is that wot the corsairs are holding? t'aint no shuripult that Ive seen, and I should know...

I thought it looked like the Eldar take on the standard lasgun barrel.
Feel free to call me Dave!

So nice to see a nod to the RT days.

I think they are great.

No, Guardians don't get lasguns any more. :). This'll probably be some sort of "bright rifle" or somesuch.

Hmm, The Wraithseer is excellent (assuming that you take the time to pose it). The corsairs look ok. Not bad, but not great. I can see those wings snapping off SOOOO easily.
If I had the money to buy a Realm of Battle Board, I would probably pick up that bunker, but since the RoB Board is ridiculously expensive I wont. :D

I hear that, bro. I'm already considering the logistics of magnetising them for transportation purposes.

Corsairs - Sorry to say, but they look awful with those wings. WTF were they thinking. Terrible stuff! 10 people 10 colours/Different strokes for different folks and all that but they really do blow goats. IMHO :D
I think with the right paint-job they would bee cool.

Seriously, I sort of like them. The guns are cool looking and I bet they have a longer range than 12". Panzees would have to like that.

AND you have to have a squad of Wraithguard as well.
The invulnerable save, extra wound and extra attack are nice, as is the 'wraithseer' power. The "always wound on a 2+" rule on the spear seems unneccesary given that the model is S10. How many T9/10 units are there? The 3 psychic powers look good. Foreboding will hurt any low Ld units, Enliven will be good to get the Wraithseer into combat and the Deliverance power is great granting an extra save.
The D-cannon looks to be a nice, but expensive choice.
