It's just custom cut foam board. Nothing you couldnt make yourself, but the question is: can you be bothered? I mean, I can make a rhino or land raider myself, but if they were available for 18dollars apiece, I'd just buy em.

They're pretty cheap, but the costs are a little deceptive since you need to buy the walls and floors separate to the frame and you generally need more than 1 set of walls for each frame. So to get 1 basic building it will set you back $24. Dont forget to add on 20 bucks for shipping. (though they say they will refund the difference if it costs less). That seems to be a fairly flat rate, so if you order more it will be less per item. And they are still a better price than many other terrain sets on the market.
