Wait a minute - that's a sprue. Hmmm...
As mentioned, Eldar were front runners for a new dex, and about time, too, I say. Plastic HQ was always gonna be happening. My two cents for what's gonna happen is:
Plastic farseer (ok, bit late on that one)
Big ass giant plastic avatar (token cartoon monster/robot that everybody seems to be getting)
Plastic Wraithguard/wraithchoppers
New jetbikes
New guardians
Everything else in finecast or existing plastic
Maaaaybe a new aspect in finecast
Maaaaybe plastic warlock, or maybe included in guardian sprue
Plastic Phoenix, maybe dual Nightwing/Phoenix

I generally avoid rumours threads like the plague. Partly cos I don't have time, and partly cos separating the facts from the bs speculation is a pita. I will, however, check the BoLS and see what's cooking in this instance.
*edit* well, having read a wee bitsy of BolS and faeit212's comments, I reckon I'm not a million miles off with my guesses. No avatar (which doesn't bother me overmuch) but new guardians seem likely, as well as new bikers. New flyer kit is a shoe-in, and an anti-air tank was a dumb thing for me to miss, seeing as how Eldar were one of the few armies to already have one pre-6th ed. it wouldn't be the first time GW redid a FW Eldar tank, either (night spinner).
I still think they really, really need to do plastic Wraithguard, though. Some kind of assault transport is long overdue, too.
As for rules rumours, choosing a Path for your Exarch and making that aspect Troops is a good call. New HQ would be cool - some chappy on a venom/vyper would be nice. A warp spider Plord wouldn't surprise me, either.
Personally, all I expect to buy is the codex (in accordance with my policy of always buying the book for the armies I play) and 6 or so jetbikes (for my corsairs). If they do spectacularly well sculpted characters I might consider one, but we shall have to wait and see on that front.
