Nothing too groundbreaking, especially compared to the fairly major shake-ups in the last one. Which could be a good sign about the state of the game!
Personally I think they could have gone even farther on reeling in CP farms in Imperial soup armies, but anything that would really rein things in (like faction-locking CPs as they've done with the new models in Rogue Trader) are maybe a bit farther-reaching than a FAQ allows.
