Marines caught a (pretty good) nerf

The big change is they now have to advance through their Doctrines, so Devastator Doctrine is only active turn 1, Tactical is always active turn 2, turn 3 can be Tactical or Assault, 4 onwards is all Assault all the time.

Nobody in our group played Iron Hands as far as I know (or indeed use Centurions, marine flyers, Executioners etc), so we weren't really experiencing the full extent of Iron Hands oppression, but my one outing with Imperial Fists did make me feel like the ability to sit in Devastator all day long was a real problem. I think Blood Angels, White Scars and Space Wolves (if Saga of the Beast is good to us) will feel a lot better in this context even though nothing has actually changed for them rulewise.

Not sure how Ultras, Salamanders (Auxryn?) or Raven Guard will feel about it, but they will still have their superdoctrine up for two crucial turns, and will have an incentive to get stuck in and start swinging from turn 4.
