Not official yet but looks like a lot of fun.

Looks ok, but I'm not a big fan of the "This tank is so badly built it gets a 5+ invulnerable save" rule. Other than that it seems like it would be fun to play against.

I quite like it. a 5+ save isnt such a big deal, especially when youre dealing with AV 12 for 70 pts. Its a nice fluffy rule, and is a nice fluffy model (metaphorically speaking) so overall, im cool with it.

ah, but that was in addition to all the other bells and whistles that the caestus has. This tank is just a...tank. I have no problem with that. Its also fluffy, whereas the caestus is stupidly unfluffy. i mean its a SHIP TO SHIP BOARDING VESSEL! What the hell does it have to do with 40k? Does it have any kind of atmospheric re-entry capability? No, of course it doesnt. If it does, answer me why? WHY? WHY the hell would a StSBV have any kind of atmospheric capability whatsoever? It's so monumentally dumb-ass I cant even begin to scratch the surface of how incredible poorly conceived it is, and thats before I even get started on the rules. Gnggnngnh. I'm off to have a lie-down before I feel compelled to exercise my right to expletive usage...

The grot megatank looks great, but a bit pricey. I'm pretty sure even Badruck could scratchbuild a reasonable replacement.

As soon as it becomes official, I shall be knocking out one of those bad boys!

My only complaint iz it cant take passengers... and for that reason alone I may have to take a pass.... but I will still build one and use it on Mike Da Spike... I will even try and save on a 4 plus... see if he notices...

There is something it doesnt do? Great. With that many guns you're better off having it move slowly and shoot anyway.
