Yay. GW have put up some new FAQs for 40k.
The Dark Angels and Black Templars now have access to 5th edition wargear like 3+ invulnerable saves from Storm Shields, Cyclone Missile Launchers that have 2 shots per turn and Nartheciums that provide feel no pain.

SO thats 5 Thunder Hammer/Storm Shield Terminators with Feel No Pain AND a 2 shot missile launcher heading to a table top near you in the near future.

Another couple of nice little updates.

Q. When a unit with the And They Shall Know no Fear
special rule regroups do they get to immediately move up
to 3" as well as moving as normal that turn? (p51)
A. Yes.

Thats 3" more than they had before.

Q. If Marneus Calgar chooses to pass a Morale Check
using his God of War special rule does he, and any unit he
has joined, count as Fearless? (p84)
A. No.

So if Calgar is on the table Marines will NEVER break from combat and NEVER take extra wounds. Sweet.

I knew my First Company Red Scorpions Counts as Dark Angels was going to come in handy... glad to see that your Dark Angels will be back in the hunt... as well mate... I love this news...

I did use them at the Obon tournament you know. And a couple of other games against MtP and the M_i_J/Spevna tag team of doom.
That said I'm doubly sad that I cant make the Feb 11th game now.

like I said you can still come the next day for some 40k at my house...

And I did not mean to say you never use them it is just that I do not what to see those space dogs any more...

Odd, you have played against my wolves exactly ZERO times. Nor have you ever been present when I used them.

I guess it is just all the pod cast wolf hate out there IG and wolves are the top of the crop when it comes to the tournament seen. they are not the only winners out there and one still has to be a good player to win against some armies... but they are considered a very hard army to beat within the tournament meta game...

just as well none of us play the tournament meta game round here...

true that we cant get a tournament together unless I ask for there not to be one...
to that end I want a ban on all tournament play in Japan... may there never be any kind of tournament play in Japan on Saturdays or any other day of the week that I do not have to work...
