Fortunately the miniatures came with Arsenal deck wave1. The wave2 one is still available on online shop.
I'm going to buy them.

Yeah, I think you have enough models to start playing Malifaux. That is an impressive collection, though you never need 2 of the same Master and it is rare to need more than 3 of a particular model (the Nicodem and Kirai crews might need 4-5 of each minion depending on your play style), so if they aren't painted, don't feel like you have to paint everything.

From what I know of the crews, Collette, Dreamer and Lucius are difficult to play (though Collette and Dreamer can be very powerful once you know how to use them, Lucius is just difficult), so maybe get a few games in with easier crews first and see what you think.
