hmm maiden guard and shadow warriors look like they may be the same kit, and the maiden guard might actually... not be maidens

Flying chariots seem to be very impracticable and a pain in the arse to steer.
Agreed! Not sure if that was the best of ideas. The White Lion chariots are still cooler IMO.

The Maiden Guard, if that is what they are, look like they have blue flaming arrows. That will be lovely for my Wood Elves :? Still, nice models though. The Shadow Warriors look quite cool too.

I guess the Wood Elves redo will be quite a way away.

Are you casting aspersions on the honour of the guardians of the Everqueen? For shame!

The rumour is that a design team worked on all three Elven factions at once to harmonise rules/abilities. HE now, WE soon and DE early 2014.

What with this and the new Eldar rumours, it's looking like it'll be an extremely pointy-eared summer this year :)

Eagle chariots, hmm.

I'm really really torn between "that looks pretty cool" and "how does that even work?"

Nice models. I especially like the chariot and maiden guard. Too bad they will all be accompanied by outraegeous prices.
