Re: Risk map
As your generals arrive and begin seizing territory so they have taken to naming them fittingly:
Please name your starting locations - This is to help flesh out players campaign narrative.
the Admiral has already done his, and they are thus:
Badruk - orcs and orcs
AREA-
33 - The plains of insanity
31 - Morkheim
5 -The Brightwood
39 - Blood forest

Re: Risk map
Jus, I'm only seeing half of the map on here. Is this a map of the Old World? I can't see it clearly.
I wanted at least one of my hexes near Castle Drachenfels in the Grey Mountains. Is this possible. I sent maps in a previous post and thread.
Regardless the names for my factions are
37, 36, 26,25
37: Crove Crag: Barbrook Garage
36: Crove Crag: Dunster Keep
26: Crove Crag: Parracombe
25: Crove Crag: Valley of the Rocks
Starting point will be in the Grey Mountains if possible.
-edit-
I've changed the fluff to suit the new lands. The Great Enchanter Drachenfels was getting tired of all the attention the 'Orrible Lot were bringing to his area of the Grey Mountains and so he sent the whole army through a damned portal and banished them from the Old World. They are now in a foreign dimension.
In the meantime I have managed to finish painting my leaders. Goblin; Tank and Black Orc; Jake the Poacher. The Orc Shamen has a name too but I will have to recall it from a previous post.
Here are some pictures.
Been busy this weekend and am please to say I am 5 boar boyz off from completing my army. Looking forward to this as I missed the last big Warhammer event.

Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Re: Risk map
right click on the map and click on the view map. you're only seeing half of the map as is and it is not the old world.

Re: Risk map
@ash:sorry mate, unfortunately the castle drakenfels is quite a ways from this new and wondrous land. I sent you a PM.
also, if you go to board preference in your user control, you can change the board style from nagoyahammer to prosilver. This way the you will have no problems seeing images posted by anyone on this forum. Its also good for browsing the forum at work since because this way your co workers can't see the big red space marine at the top of your screen.
EDIT: territories added. Mike the Pike added.
@Voss, ten and Tod :
great names gents,
@everyone else:
keep 'em coming. When all the locations have been named, all locations will be labeled and color coded to belong to you.
