Sorry, you've got to greenstuff the eyepatches and do surgery for the pegged legs and hooks. 
The models are free if you want them. You can probably buy some more off Voss, too.
Of course, if you want to get into Cutlass, there are some Dwarf pirate models.
They'd be pretty sweet mixed into WHFB.
