Thanks for the game Tenorikuma!

We had 1500 points of Ogres defending Glumhof from 2000 points of Elves. The Ogres were victims of typically unwarranted Wood Elf aggression with the pointies ambushing the the camp.

We ran out of time with the game a draw, but the Woodies in the ascendancy and on their way to winning if we'd gone the full 7 turns.

My Ironguts rolling snake-eyes and failing to charge the treekin was unfortunate, as was the wood elf ability to consistantly channel extra magic dice!

Thanks for a fun game!

Neat! Tell us more about any heroics! I'd like to hear about the scenario if possible.

We played the Raze & Ruin scenario from the hardcover rulebook. The defender sets up a village and arranges the fortifications, while the attacker comes on from the opposite board edge and has to control or demolish the majority of the village within 7 turns.

The Ogres put up a valiant defence, but erred (we decided afterward) by not setting up inside any buildings. Still, there were key turns where the game could have gone either way. The key moment was in turn 4 when my Tree Kin steamrollered their way through Yellow's main Ironguts unit.

That sounds entertaining, particularly seeing two monstrous infantry battle it out. Don't see that often. :)
