Notes: Ironbark is a treeman sympathetic to the Wood Elves and assists the Wild Walkers in their duties guarding the boundaries of the Wild Wood. Time and again, the Elves have seen the treeman shrug off attacks that would fell even a giant, attacks that should shatter his bark and crush his ancient heart. This has little to do with his bark, however, and much more to do with the treeman's particular adroitness at using his fey energies to withdraw from the material realm just in the nick of time. Would he tell the Elves that? Absolutely not! He likes the name he has been given far too much!
