I've got all mine from Fenris Games:

As well as the sizes listed, they also do custom ones on request.

There's also a guy at my games club who has access to a laser cutter at Strathclyde uni. You don't know any industrial design students at Nagoya uni, do you? :)

Warriors, come out and play!

(I realize now that I should have modeled them so that having their heads face forward would have the tails coming off the base at an angle, so you could actually put models in the square behind 'em. Ach, well.)

First of 3. The blue is a bit fiddly to get on, so I'm doing them through to completion one at a time.

Yeah, it's garish. Remember that the "official" Tyranid color scheme at the time looked something like this:

Looks really good. I like the paint schemes you've been choosing. I hope you give me a chance to play with your toys sometime. :D

So here are all the Tyranids!

Image

A nice cohesive group, and that makes the 'Nid side basically finished. I'm going to paint up another 5 Ork mind slaves for a total of 10, and a squad of 5 Chaos Marine mind slaves, and a tweak I'm implementing to Termagant costs means I'll want to paint another half-dozen of them, but the core of the force, and everything you really need to play at the force level I'm preparing for, is stick-a-fork-in-it done.

Terminators are on the workbench, and that'll be it for the Marines, too.

Love it! It's come a long way from the sprus at the start of this thread. The plastic transparent bases really set the board and the painting off lovely. Love that box cover art as well.
Seriously well done ToD.

Just about done with these bad boys:

Just have to pull back the black (I'll go over basically everything but the very edges of the armor plates with a 50/50 mix of black paint and black ink) and do scrollwork, purity seals and other sundry details and they'll be golden.
