this fellow is probably more useful as a Hammerhead.
I think that model has been mentioned before somewhere in this thread. I wasnt sure how big the Skorpion is, but the turret definitely looks more rail-gun like than the AW-Grav-Tank's. Antenocitis do some very cool, high tech gear.

thanks for the ideas there gents I am happy to see you all looking out for me..I guess what I have right now in the army is more than enough I was going to get more but the FOC and the points cost of everything is really coming out to a bit less than the models I want to take.. unless I can take a squadron of hammer heads I will be stuck with the one I have and that will be it.. :(

I like the heads on the battlesuits.

I like the colour choices on the Vespids (especially on the leaders helmet).

I think that Kroot look bland. The rifles, bodies, and hair are all too similar. If you to stick to a limited palette fair enough, but I think that something lighter woudl break it up. Perhaps warpaint of tattoos would do the trick.

war paint/tattoos are surely part of the mix for the future... the Battle suits were built by MIJ so no credit for the very cool heads. At this point I have everything but a hammer head one stealth and my sniper drones painted the monkeys will be done very soon as well

I'm with Spev on the kroot. It looks like you only used 3 colours (and a couple of highlights) on the models total. This could just be your camera not taking very sharp pictures though.
Kroot certainly have a lot of details on them, so there are lots of opportunities to liven them up. One thought I had was doing the beaks in a slightly different colour. Perhaps mixing bleached bone in with the base colour?
My biggest criticism though is that some of the guns and the skin appear to be the same colour. Again, this could just be your photo though.
The suits are the best of the army so far, but the kroot still look unfinished.

well the Kroot have 5 shades of gray on them and 3 shades of gay in the pink on them the guns are done with NMM but they will take a lot more work.. sorry folks do not seem to like them but the Kroot are Miki's favorite. I am planing to do a bit more on them but for now they are presentable even... like I said I like them. and they will be getting Tattoos soon enough... all there gear is going to get painted... and I will be painting the beaks as well...

this is the hobby log... section.bit by bit the will get done...

The kroot need distinctly coloured beaks and quills to brighten em up and give em definition. A light colour, for preference - bone or suchlike.

just my first impression.

Oh, and the battlesuits are just fabulous, dahling . Surely crafted by a master :D

looks great. I was just checking out the grendal site and their models. Some great stuff and terrain bitz. And some great hover tanks for only 2,500yen. Not bad at all.

How are the dog soldiers coming along?
