Had a nasty bang on the head today and the paramedics were out. Got a cut quite deep and 2 inch long. They fixed me up with superglue non the less. I'm OK I think. In other news, earlier in the week we set up the minis for an historical mythological mash up and a game of Kings of War. Sadly we had to settle for a parlay as he had to go to bed early due to a migraine. It's been a week for sore heads it seems. Hopefully we will play again in Autumn.
Models painted by my friend The Major. The guy that started it all for me. He's spent a few years painting Romans and Carthaginians.

Sorry to hear about your injury, hope you're doing ok. I've never deliberately used superglue on myself, but from the many (many) times that I've accidentally stuck fingers together, I can vouch for it's effectiveness.
Take care of yourself.

P.s. I couldn't get the imgur gallery to open. Is the link correct?

cuts on the head always bleed something awful - sorry to hear about your noggin. If it's any consolation, yesterday I accidentally removed a chunk of fingernail with a potato peeler and stabbed myself in the palm with a pair of mini clippers. Not my best day

fwiw, I cant open the imgur link either. I'm getting a 404 not found error.

Thanks guys. Watching the final episode of Vikings and resting for work. The link should be working now.
I'm contemplating watching the final season of GOT or reading his history of Westeros books. Probably just will end up playing Skyrim from the comfort of my lazy Sunday bed. Zzzz

Doesn't seem to work does it. Something about needing to open it from their app. They've changed something this August in terms of sharing. I'll look into it

Fighting some strong concussion today and yesterday and combating it with some organising and reading of George R R Martins Fire and Blood.

Tidying the miniature cabinet. Unearthed.
Johannes Teugan and friends from Bogenhafen.
He does keep some queer company and no mistake.
Whfrp 1st edition.

I'm trying to keep those painted minis on display. So many get tidied into boxes.

Staring at me from the painting bench since 2012 when our son was born. Finally got some paint on these chaps today. They came as part of a job lot of second hand historical minis.

Sir Gawain and the battered Hedge Knights. :D
