Good work on the woodies. Looks like you had some nice weather for outdoor photography too.

Really glad you still have the Wood Elves! Good memories of playing against and alongside them back in those 6th-8th gaming days in Kyoto and elsewhere. When a knight won his spurs etc.

Giant statues, miniature Romans, the English Civil War is a lot more exciting than I previously imagined. :D
Nice looking minis, it's good to see you cracking on with some new figures. Keep 'em coming!

Painted by my niece who is 5!

Her first mini covered straight lines, drybrush technique and inking.

Great stuff! I'm not sure what those cavalrymen can hope to do against a plane, but they'll do it with panache I'm sure. :D
Thanks for sharing, it's good to see that you are still in the hobby. Hope you had a great Xmas.

Merry Christmas mate. Keep on painting.

The English Civil War (the weird war, post Brexit) now features giants, planes, ancient Greeks, moving statues, Apemen, 1920s aristocracy, Wood Elves, Roman auxiliaries and just about anything it seems.

Next on the bench for 2019 are Ghostbusters, Khan, Frostgrave Templars and the some Persian archers.
