What Happened To Posul?

Was reading some fiction on lexicanum and read this:

"Posul was a Feral World, shrouded in perpetual darkness located in the Segmentum Tempestus. It was the homeworld to the Mortifactors Space Marine Chapter and was inhabited by fierce nomadic tribes that were known to practice cannibalism.

These tribes were in constant combat with each other. They were known to eat the flesh of their slain enemies and ritually gain their strength from this barbaric practice. The strongest of the warriors were recruited into the Mortifactors by the Chaplains of the chapter.

Posul, as of at least 997.M41, is categorised as destroyed. "

Anyone know the background story, it seems to have been destroyed recently?
The source seems to refer to the Tyranid codex..

Yep, homeworld destroyed by Tyranids. No details beyond that given in the codex though.
